Refund and Returns Policy

At Ihakayo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from ihakayo.com.my.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

• Personalised or custom-made items.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• We currently only offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
