1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services such as PosLaju, J&T Express, or Ninja Van to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, festive seasons, or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, customs).

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
